ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

The workshop ends with a unique two-step Assessment Methodology that not only checks the theoretical learning immediately after the workshop, but also the experiential knowledge gained over a period of time:

The timelines of the assessments are:

• At the end of the workshop to check the immediate understanding
• 30 days after the workshop to check the experiential learning
• A Special Certificate of project completion is provides to participants who complete a Yellow Belt Project.

• Hard copies of training material for reference
• Each trainee will be provided life-time access to an Online Knowledge Base by KINDUZ that will include access to key documents, templates and checklists
